Mr. Colin Tan began his career as an engineer and has worked in business functions, such
as supplier quality engineering, manufacturing, process engineering, human resources and management development. Colin’s professional tenures spanned both regional and global multinational establishments across the Asia-Pacific region, with staff strength ranging from 800 to 40,000.

U Zar Ni Htwe is the current member of the Executive Committee in the Union of Myanmar Travel Association where he assist in HR development and tourism Promotion.
He started out his career in the travel industry as a tour guide where he worked his way up to become the Operations Manager, Sales Manager, Director Sales and then General Manager respectively.
Since 1997, U Zar Ni Htwe have travelled to Europe often for travel related trade shows in search of new clients and opportunities of developing the market and establishing fruitful relationships with his trade partners.
In 2007, he founded Adventure Cambodia Tours Incentives in Cambodia where he lived in for 7 years subsequently. Since then, he is the company's Managing Director.
He is also conducting training courses in the office to encourage a better working environment and is actively contributing and sharing his knowledge and vast experience in the travel industry with likeminded parties.
